Biography

Andrew is a program associate at J&M Global Solutions. He has worked as a course developer for Esri and a GIS Specialist for Albemarle County, supporting the departments of Community Development, Parks and Recreation, Finance/Real Estate, Water Resources, Office of Management and Budget, and the Office of the County Executive with geospatial solutions and cartographic products. Past professional experience also include managing the implementation of local green infrastructure planning projects for Green Infrastructure Center, Inc. and serving as a regional planner and spatial analyst for Dobbin International. Andrew teaches graduate level courses on GIS and advanced spatial analysis.
