Biography

Emmy Feamster joined the School of Architecture in January 2025 as the Architecture Department Manager. She holds a Master of Education in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from JMU. Emmy spent the last decade working in administration and management positions at the University of St. Andrews, most recently serving as the Deputy Head of Education Policy and Quality within the Education and Student Experience Unit.

In her  role, Emmy will manage the academic and event coordination, administrative processes, and budget development and management for the Architecture Department. She will also serve as the primary support for the Department Chair and manage shared resources for Administrative Coordinators across the four departments.
