Kathy Woodson

Biography

Kathy joined the UVA School of Architecture as a Special Assistant in 2019.  In this role, she operates at the intersection of faculty affairs, personnel administration and resource management.

She provides support to drive continuous improvement by coordinating administration, operations and special projects related to personnel policies and processes.  This includes serving as liaison between the School, UVA HR, Finance and Provost.

She works closely with the Dean and Senior Leadership to coordinator the faculty and staff annual personnel processes, as well as manage the hiring process for students and faculty wage appointments.
