Biography
Lindsay Schiller is the Director of Career Development for the UVA School of Architecture and joined the A-School staff in August of 2022. She comes from a unique background in higher education, art history, and museum practice. Prior to UVA, Lindsay worked in career development at Virginia Tech with over forty majors in the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences primarily but additionally served students in the College of Engineering. Her first experiences advising students in career development came from Florida State University where she worked primarily with the College of Business, the College of Entrepreneurship, the College of Fine Arts, and the College of Music. Lindsay is highly committed to making every student feel welcome and has pursued trainings in Critical Race Theory, LGBTQ+ Safe Zones, Mental Health First Aid, Dementia Awareness, and plans to pursue many more. Lindsay is so excited to now be working with the A-School as she continues to grow her career development experience!
